At Seekho Computer, we want you to be happy with your learning experience. If something isn’t right, here’s how we handle returns and refunds.

How Refunds Work

  • You can request a refund within 30 days of purchase.
  • After 30 days, we won’t be able to issue refunds.

When You Can Return

You can return your purchase if:

  • It’s unused and in the same condition you received it.
  • It’s still in the original packaging.

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Perishable items, gift cards, downloadable products.
  • Health/personal care items, intimate goods, hazardous or flammable materials.

Partial Refunds

Sometimes we can only offer a partial refund:

  • Books with clear signs of use.
  • Opened software, CDs, or DVDs.
  • Damaged or missing parts (not caused by us).
  • Returns made after the 30-day period.

Getting Your Money Back

Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect it and let you know if your refund is approved.
If yes, the money will be sent back to your original payment method in a few days.

Tip: If you don’t see the refund, check with your bank or card provider before contacting us.

Sale Items

Sale or discounted products cannot be refunded — only regular-priced items qualify.

Exchanges

We can replace items only if they arrive defective or damaged. Email us at info@seekhocomputer.com with your details.

Return shipping costs are your responsibility and are non-refundable.

For valuable items, we recommend using a trackable courier or shipping insurance..
