  • Course cancellation before the course start date
  • Technical issues preventing course access (verified by our team)
  • Course cancellation by Seekho Training Institute
  • Medical emergencies with proper documentation
  • Duplicate payments or billing errors

Not Eligible for Refund

  • Course completion or partial completion
  • Change of mind after course commencement
  • Failure to attend classes without prior notice
  • Violation of terms and conditions
  • Requests made after the specified refund period

2. Refund Schedule

The refund amount depends on when you request the cancellation:

3. Special Circumstances

Medical Emergencies

In case of medical emergencies, we offer special consideration:

  • Medical certificate from a registered practitioner required
  • Up to 80% refund may be provided regardless of timing
  • Option to transfer to future course batches
  • Case-by-case evaluation by our administration team

Technical Issues

If technical problems prevent course access:

  • Issue must be reported within 24 hours
  • Our technical team will verify the problem
  • Alternative solutions will be offered first
  • Full refund if issue cannot be resolved

Course Cancellation by Institute

If we cancel a course:

  • 100% refund of all fees paid
  • Option to join alternative courses
  • Credit towards future course enrollment
  • Minimum 48 hours advance notice

Credit/Debit Card Payments

  • Refunds processed to the original card used for payment

Bank Transfer/UPI

  • Refunds processed to the source bank account
  • Processing time: 3-5 business days
  • Bank account details verification required

Cash Payments

  • Refunds processed via bank transfer or cheque
  • Valid bank account details required
  • Processing time: 7-10 business days

6. Course Transfer Policy

As an alternative to refunds, we offer course transfers:

  • Transfer to future batches of the same course
  • Transfer to different courses of equal or lesser value
  • One-time transfer allowed per enrollment
  • Transfer requests must be made before course commencement
  • Additional fees may apply for higher-value courses

7. Dispute Resolution

If you disagree with our refund decision:
