Cancellation and Refund Policy

At Seekho Computer, we strive to provide high-quality training and services. However, we understand that there may be situations where you may need to cancel or request a refund. Please carefully read our cancellation and refund policy below.

1. Cancellation by Student

1.1. If you wish to cancel your enrollment, you must notify us in writing (via email or any other official communication channel) prior to the start of the course.

1.2. If you cancel before the course starts, you may be eligible for a full refund, subject to the terms outlined below.

1.3. If you wish to cancel after the course has started, no refund will be issued. However, in exceptional cases, we may review the request and offer a partial refund or alternative solutions.

2. Cancellation by Seekho Computer

2.1. Seekho Computer reserves the right to cancel any course or training program due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., instructor unavailability, technical issues, low enrollment, or other factors beyond our control).

2.2. If your course is canceled by us before the start date, you will be notified promptly, and a full refund will be provided.

2.3. If your course is canceled after the start date, we will make every effort to reschedule the classes or provide alternative arrangements. If these options are not suitable or feasible, you will be entitled to a full refund for the remaining portion of the course.

3. Refund Policy for Unforeseen Circumstances

3.1. In the event that classes cannot be provided due to unforeseen circumstances (such as instructor illness, force majeure events, etc.), Seekho Computer will notify students as soon as possible.

3.2. If no classes are provided within a reasonable time frame, you are entitled to a full refund of the payment made for the affected course.

3.3. Refunds will be processed within 7 days from the date of cancellation or notice of class non-provision.

4. How to Request a Refund

4.1. To request a refund, you must contact Seekho Computer via email or phone, providing details of your enrollment and the reason for the refund request.

4.2. You will receive confirmation of the refund request, and the processing time will be within 7 days from the confirmation date.

5. Non-refundable Fees

5.1. Any non-refundable registration fees or administrative charges, if applicable, will not be refunded.

5.2. Once the course has started, no refunds will be provided except in cases where the course is canceled by Seekho Computer due to unforeseen circumstances.

6. Payment Method and Refund Process

6.1. Refunds will be processed via the same payment method used for the initial transaction (e.g., bank transfer, online payment gateway, etc.), unless otherwise agreed upon.

6.2. It may take a few additional days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

7. Disputes

7.1. If you have any concerns or disputes regarding the cancellation or refund process, please contact us immediately. We will make every effort to resolve the issue in a fair and timely manner.
